Belinda Rivers was recognized at the NCP School Board meeting, where she was presented a certificate honoring her dedication and service by School Board President Scott Ramsay. After serving 24 years as part of the custodial staff at both Rockville Elementary School and Turkey Run Elementary School, Belinda is set to retire on August 4.
