Braving the cold, snowy weather, PHHS students helped with the Wreaths Across America project on Saturday, December 13 at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Rockville. Wreaths Across America is a national event to place wreaths on the graves of veterans. They group brushed snow off grave markers to "Say Their Name" to Honor the veterans.
Wreaths were placed on veteran’s graves throughout the cemetery. Participating in the event were front- Gage McGranahan, Logan Schillings, Kaysn Travis, and Delilah Jean LeClerc; back- Zahzu Green, Jackson Newlin, Scout Marsolf, Marissa Liebrandt, Addi Ramey, and Ella Norman.
The event was organized by Darlene Ayres.
